"Amazing Hotel Perfect for Family Week Kids Day"

"We enjoyed our stay at Kingsland. We were a bit disappointed that the room type we booked wasn’t available and they were unable to accommodate the right type during our stay with no compensation. Beyond that the room was clean and the pools were fun! Also will mention we woke up every morning to lawn movers and leaf blowers so if that’s something that you’d like to avoid listening to in the morning this may not be the best choice!"

"I love staying at the Royal Kona. I think it’s a great value for so many reasons. Great room options, especially if you want to save a few dollars on renovation rates. On the ocean with a pool and a saltwater beach I haven’t gotten to enjoy yet (my fault!). Restaurant is right by the pool so you can grab drinks or food. The restaurant does breakfast starting at 06:30! I think they end dinner at 21:30. Ice machine and purified water station, wifi, parking if you don’t mind a $25 daily rate....

"Overall positive. Drive-up was easy and door staff friendly. I was a bit frustrated at check-in. I was in the Elite line with a single attendant. There were 3 for everyone else so we were being lapped. Even when there was noone in the standard line none of the attendants helped those of us in the Elite line. Never experienced that before. Room clean, nice view. West tower, looking over the lagoon. Would suggest doing something with the roof we overlooked; its a bit of an eyesore. Maybe a green...

"The Guest Services staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Always willing to help. The condo unit was clean and provides all amenities needed - from pool towels to dish soap. If you need anything additional they are happy to provide. The bed was very comfortable. Unit was a little outdated but worked for us. There are Bbqs all over the property to use and are cleaned daily. Restaurant had a daily happy hour and live music every night. Highly recommend for all ages!"

"Lovely rooms and friendly staff! Very tranquil and relaxing. The grounds are gorgeous and be sure to snorkel - great visibility!"

"Fantastic overall. Beach is perfect for swimming (snorkel elsewhere). The views from the North Tower rooms are incredible. No black out shades in the rooms…that was frustrating. Staff was very attentive and kind and the breakfast and on-site restaurants were great, however. Location is a bit isolated, so this is perfect for couple or a family seeking a quiet but fun trip. "

"My family loved the luau, pools, beach, and balcony off our room. The coffee shop and lanai were great for breakfast. Overall we had an excellent stay."

"It was nice surprise, clean newly renovated room, no tv and Kleenex in room. Have referarator, sleep sound machine, defuser and ac. Good place to chill."

"We stayed here for two nights. Boy, was the room outdated and wallpaper is pealing. Iron is leaking. Body wash bottle was completely empty. Hairdryer - barely worked. We checked in 4 people and there were only two towels. We had do go to the lobby twice to request towels. During our stay that only had buffet style breakfast and dinner - which was way overpriced. We are not big eaters and were hopping for small breakfast. Our room was ocean view (which we paid extra for), it was not good - ocean...
