"I stayed at this property for one night as I had an early flight the next morning. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who managed to check me and attend to my precheck in request. The room its self was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, great view over the airport to watch planes if you like that and a fantastic free breakfast. The female member of staff cleaning in the breakfast room (I can’t remember your name sorry) was very friendly and a pleasure to talk...

"This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Sehr bequemes Doppelbett, wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer mit Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Shuttle von Hotel föhrt für 4 Pounds zum Flughafen alle halbe Stunde. Frühstück reichhaltig mit warmen Komponenten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in diesem Hotel."
