"I stayed at Excellence Punta Cana and was disappointed with how my request was handled. I left five days early and asked for a refund only for the five nights I did not use, not for my entire stay. After multiple attempts to contact the resort, I was told it would not approve a refund for those unused nights.
I understand that reservations have policies, but I wish the resort had been more willing to consider a partial refund. This experience left me disappointed, and I would think carefully...

"The place has a lot of potential, with plenty of activities throughout the day. The food is good, the restaurants are enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
We visited September 19–24, 2026, to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday. The hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay, so guest participation in the animation and activities was limited. Some days were better than others, but the staff did their best to keep the atmosphere fun.
