"Kelly is the BEST concierge. She took care of my sister and I during our stay. She checked in on us multiple times a day and made sure our stay was incredible. She went above and beyond in every way. All of the bartenders and waitstaff were amazing. They were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. "Great all inclusive! Travelled here with my husband a 4 boys ranging from 9-18. The food was decent, we loved the nearby excursions, and having a concierge for support throughout our stay was definitely beneficial. Wish the beach was nicer but completely out of their control and wish there were more authentic Dominican food, but the excursion provided us with a nice tasting experience. The boys liked the family lounge when it wasn’t too crowded and the hotel rooms were spacious. Overall great!"
