"It was very pleasant to be at the Serenade Hotel. We enjoyed every moment on it. Clean rooms, good room services, they placed beer and water every day on the fridge. Pools were very clean, a lot of fan at nights(dancing, theater shows, karaoke’s), many options for lunch and dinner. Thank you for make us a very good stay"

"Biggest value for money from an all inclusive resort! We went there for our honeymoon and choose a swim up suite (In the adults only section). Had an amazing butler named Omar. The beach was great. Good dining options. Great excursions. Highly recommended!"

"This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals."

"This was an amazing resort! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. We booked the preferred junior suite with a private pool and really enjoyed that in the evenings! The quiet areas were our favorite. The lazy river cabanas are the best! Carlos was our butler - he was AMAZING and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. "Everything in the resort was fabulous the staff from the time we arrived to the time we left were amazing. juan carlos and yeifri were amazing they took care of us the whole time we were on the beach. We got upgraded to the imperial sweet which is the largest room in the resort just for booking through expedia. The only negative is the knives could be a bit sharper in the steak hose"
