"It was ok, supposed to sleep 4, however, the futon in the living area is pretty small & really old, a really nice pull out sofa would've been ideal. The bungalow is spacious & tidy, the covered porch is nice, lots of beautiful greenery on the property."

"The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed...

"I love this property and how convenient it is to the airport and all the things that I needed to visit. The restaurant is excellent…. The prices are good and the establishment is safe and very clean. The employees care and really accommodate the guests. Highly recommended…"

"The room was spacious. However the bathroom was not clean and functional at our arrival, we had to call service to have it fixed. The rooms are also not completely sound guarded. You can actually hear the conversation of the adjacent room. Other than that, nice hotel and good breakfast."

"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

"This place was amazing! Highly recommend! Friendly staff, huge main pool with swim up bar, nice lobby with large bar and self serve mimosas every morning, this beach setting was perfect paradise, plenty of beach and poolside chairs. We felt safe being here, never went hungry or thirsty with all of the options. Highly recommend!
