"Very nice resort"

"I liked the property overall. The staff was on their phones a lot. Food at snack shack was cold. Spa didn’t have lockers that locked. I liked my visit, but felt really pressured to buy excursions, etc when near the beach. Food was pretty good. Mediterranean restaurant was not good. Took 45 minutes to get a drink and they didn’t check to see if we liked our meal. Hibachi, steak and Italian restaurant were great. Buffets were good. Lots of choices. Kids loved ice cream. Definitely liked staying...

"It was an amazing experience for our honeymoon. We had one waiter that was very rude but other than that everyone was so nice and friendly. Service and amenities were great. "

"Great hotel and very attentive service! The only drawback is because of how busy the beach is, you need to be up at the crack of down to secure shaded beach chairs. I believe the staff could more keenly enforce the “one hour” rule in that if folks are away from their chairs for too long the towels are cleared. Otherwise every restaurant, pool, bar and every employee was fantastic! "

"The room wasnt that great. First day after check in no water was in the toilet. The bathroom mirror needs to be replace. The parties were good and most of the staff. There was one restaurant where the food tasted good but the food was horrible."

"Beautiful clean property. Beach was clean and beautiful! Staff worked tirelessly all hours of day/night to make sure everything was immaculate for the guests. Great food and drinks. Mostly friendly staff. Pool bartenders were not the friendliest. The 2 exceptions were Leo and Janser (at the Abyss Bar). Janser went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed, with a smile on his face the whole time! They were true assets! "

"Wonderful property, great entertainment, food and beverages, very friendly staff. Amazing hotel for families, no teens when we went for Speing Break. Very far from all action and airport. Beach sand and sea are not the expected white sand and clear waters (your on the atlantic side). Rest is all great!"

"La propiedad nos encanto la unica queja es el area del Casino, estan desperdiciando un excelente edificio para tener solo 6 ó 7 maquinas y super viejas no dan ganas ni de entrar, cuando vez tan pocas y con un espacio tan grande y bonito es para poner un casino bueno con maquinas actualizadas esas maquinas son las que los casinos tenian en los años 80 o sea las de las monedas caer ya eso no se usa ni siquiera en un negocio esas maquinas no te motiva a jugar no quieres gastar tu dinero no...
