"Everything was pretty clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the room. We got a suite. It was poorly ventilated. It was stuffy, and muggy in the room. Other than that, it was a good stay. Pool was kind of small. It was packed everyday."

The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did the one below us and had to travel either to the desk or to the third floor to get ice. Overall, things were very nice. Just need to be a little updated in better kept but the day was fine."

"I like how close we were to the beach however we were too close to the park side and park visitors played music very loudly until midnight. Our TV would do the check out process several times a day and we weren’t in the room that often. The property feels dated, the restaurant is average. Our room didn’t have a table and chair to sit at so we could eat comfortably. The staff cleaned our room every day except on Sunday they came after 5pm and were settled in for the evening. "I booked the reservation and within one minute I reached out to the hotel as well as Expedia as somehow the date was for the very moment I booked. I did not need the reservation until this Tuesday and have not heard from expedia to refund my account. The hotel agreed and cancelled the reservation. Please advise."

"The park closes at 10 PM and midnight but they also closed the laundry at 10 PM so unless you’re wasting half of your day in the morning when you could be at the park, there’s no way to actually do your laundry. Also, the parking spaces are so close together that when I got up in the morning, somebody had opened their car door into my brand new Tesla, and crunched the car door in and left a white paint mark bigger than hand.
