"the hotel is a fine convention hotel with a great location for the convention cetner. It is a too far to walk distance for Disney, and only has a FOR PAY bus that runs too infrequently. The rooms are clean, appealing if bland, but there was a HUGE probelm for us staying on their 9th floor: the floor is slanted, has slopes, and there isn't a right angle in sight. "Great pool and fun family activities"

"We always look forward to staying here. It's been are go to place for over 10yrs now. Even if we don't need to go to Disneyland we love just relaxing here. Always clean and very friendly staff."

"This place is very old and in need of updating asap, although the room was clean the carpet was extremely old and full of stains and the bathroom smelled like rotten eggs! The balcony was ok but, like the rooms it’s in desperate need of an upgrade, we ended up checking out a day earlier! The view was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was extremely comfy too! The staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"This resort was nice and clean for the most part and it was quiet at night we loved that as for food we didn’t eat in the resort we decided to go out and everything was about a 9 minute drive. The breakfast line was long at the lobby so we would suggest room service. My only complaint would be the lazy river was hot water and not refreshing it felt like a jacuzzi. The water in the lazy river was also dirty we stood for the weekend and both days it was dirty looking still so we didn’t enjoy that...

"Pretty nice resort, not quite as impressive as pictures online showed. We barely used any of the resort features but seemed like there were a lot of options. All staff were pleasant."

"Bring your own coffee instead of relying on the coffee pods they have in the room which is not very good. Looks more like tea when it's brewed and if you get a breakfast credit upon check-in make sure that it's actually being applied to your account because that was not the case for us. I would say the check-in crew was more fresh and appealing then the checkout crew which seemed to be tired and overworked"

"The room has roaches and there has been zero response from the property management."

"The young Mexican lady arranged a room on the 7th floor next to the fridge to us, the fridge generates huge noises and kept me awaking till 3am. I reported this to her and she said she can’t do nothing about it. On 3am I went to the front desk again and met the manager Sam and explained the situation to him again and he helped shut down the fridge."
