Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. "The room was pretty standard which we expected, but no fridge or hairdryer. The shower had a constant drip, the bathroom had an odour. The basin had a crack in it and when the room was cleaned the used mugs were not changed but rinsed out as there stains from previous use."

"The staff in the restaurant and pool weren’t very proactive. The service was good but very slow and it felt like there was only 1 staff member at breakfast and dinner who knew what to do whilst they others were very nervous and timid and unable to act proactively. The room was lovely and everything I hope for buy taps and toilet flush had seen better days - this was in the main house."

"Staff excellent and so helpful. They provided a stress free experience as i was travelling alone with my grandson. Excellent value for money and in a perfect spot for visiting Windsor Castle. Fabulous air conditioning which was needed. Excellent high pressure shower with a larger than averagr cubicle. Refreshing to have so many places to sit and relax thanks to sofas and chairs. "Hotel was very busy when I stayed as a couple events on at the time. Some rowdy people. But staff handled it well. Compact room was clean, a bit drafty from the Velux window but managed as the weather wasn't too bad. Plenty parking, didn't struggle considering gym/swimming onsite for local residence. Interactions I had with staff was pleasant. Great location and town centre not a far drive away. Park not far a walk away either. Reasonably priced, but doubt I'd stay there again."

"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it.
