"Everything was good for accommodating an overnight layover stay for my wife and I. Only negative comment is that the shower was a bit interesting only having half of a glass cover the one side of the bathtub. It worked for a shower it was just interesting and had a bit of leak over water. Other than that everything was clean and good for us."

The room was small but comfortable, but it had a peculiar smell, maybe just from the age of the building? Despite being on the ground floor, there were stairs up and down and an awkward corridor to reach it. The restaurant was overpriced for what it offered, but it was our first night and we were too tired and jetlagged to go out in search of food."

"Lifts weren’t working and the room was tiny with a sloping roof - not good for the money paid! The bathroom was also small with the mirror on the sloping roof! Useless! Grand impressive hotel but probably wouldn’t return Disappointed Receptionist was very helpful"
