"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. "Parking was really handy as it was a designated spot for the accommodation. The area was quiet and the home was lovely with added amenities My friend slept upstairs and I slept downstairs on the couch. The couch was a little hard for me to sleep on but a really good size. Toilet downstairs was handy and a good size bathroom upstairs. "The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpfully already had our room key sorted. The hotel was pleasant and clean though it should be noted that our room was very, very warm. This had been appreciated by the staff in advance by the placement of a fan in the room. We recognised that this could not be helped due to the heatwave and the lack of air con in an old building but we appreciated the effort. "

"As I arrived at the Ibis, they were welcoming. Their greeting was flawless. The service was amazing. Any questions that I’ll ask it would be answered. The staff is amazing. Breakfast was really good. The women that were doing the breakfast were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here as well. "
