The property was immaculate. ALL staff were excellent. Our room was ground floor on the main road, but traffic didn’t bother us too much. Booked B/B - the breakfast had good choices and was freshly made. Evening meal as well, as we chose to eat there too. We have stayed there before, but it never disappoints.

Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and the staff were all excellent too. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was extremely good value for money, the food was excellent and the staff were very engaging and knowledgeable about the food. There was plenty of choice of beers in the expansive bar area. I would like to thank Tracy for providing knowledge of the hotel and its facilities in the local area. Throughly enjoyable 2 night stay and look forward to returning especially as the aircon was excellent on extremely hot tropical nights.

Here’s a polished, short review you can post: Stayed 11th July – absolutely faultless. We were at Ascot during the day and came back to the Royal Foresters for food and football in the evening, and honestly everything was spot on. Check‑in was smooth, the room was lovely, the staff were brilliant, and the atmosphere for the match was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was huge and delicious. All in all, a solid 10/10 and we’ll definitely be back again next year.

Nice room - not enormous, but had everything I needed - hairdryer, TV, coffee making facilities, selection of pillows, comfortable bed; the bathroom again not enormous but fully equipped. Slept well. One small comment - three breakfast items with Hollandaise sauce probably at least one too many!
