"I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again."

"My sister and I had a 16 hour layover at Heathrow airport so we decided on this hotel. Which was a 8 min bus ride away. Staff was okay nothing too bad but everything else was great. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn't included but its all good. Still 5 stars."

"Last minute booking the down side shared toilet in the hallway I didn't realise when booking otherwise the stay was a success. Shame about the weather being soooo hot the room did get overheated."

"The shuttle that is referred to in the listing never came and when I tried to call them, they didn't answer. When I checked in, I was overcharged me, which I noticed and they said they would refund me the difference. I'm home now and there is no refund on my credit card statement, despite me getting a receipt. Now I will have to spend the time to sort this out. The 2 'double beds' were actually a single double bed and an undersized sofa bed. Despite our reservation being for 4 adults, there were...

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

"Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

"This property was absolutely stunning. The grounds were delightful and relaxing, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a drink in the gardens. Parking was easy and secure close to our room, the room was huge, clean, comfy, airy and had a small fridge which was great to keep drinks cool. We would certainly stay here again 👍"

"When I woke up in the morning , I noticed the bed sheets were covered in brown stains , the place seemed a bit run down and decor was jaded, I won’t be rushing back there"
