"Friendly staff"

"Staff was absolutely amazing very nice. Room was clean and fully stocked. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast so I cannot speak on that. They seem to have elevator issues it kept getting stuck in between floors for a few minutes before adjusting and I think the ac was out for the hotel but rooms were fine!"

"Our room was fine, and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Our tiny bathroom had a cracked sink which had obviously been patched in a few places. Also, the shower was very small and the glass door did not seem very secure. We were disappointed that the hotel smelled kind of moldy, if you will, and wish that the air conditioning would have been stronger at night. But the staff was very nice!"

"Nothing to complain about overall. The hotel is comfortable, centrally located, and well maintained. It has a lovely inner courtyard where breakfast is served, which makes for a pleasant setting. Breakfast itself could be better and offers room for improvement, but the rooms are nice and comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and there is also a fairly large parking area. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay."

"Loved my weekend here, great location, nice rooms, Brekky basket were a nice touch. hardest part was the dragging the suitcase up the few stairs from reception. Coffee shop a great addition with nice iced lattes with no added sweet syrups, Just great coffee and milk. Thanks again"

"Fantastic, clean hotel in the heart of Charleston near the VA Medical Center. For us, it was great as we were visiting the Citadel, but it’s a great property to easily reach all of Charleston. Check in- front desk manager was so kind, and gave us water, we told him we were traveling all day. Room- immaculate Pool- Rooftop immaculate! Breakfast- great choices, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, great coffee, eggs….and more. No complaints! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
