"Room was clean but carpet had an odor - carpet in the rooms should be power washed and sanitized since pets are allowed to stay. The bed linen was a bit old looking and had a bit of an odor too (mold?). Bed pillows were too soft and had an uncomfortable odor. Breakfast was very good, we appreciate the variety of foods available-this has definitely improved over the last few years! Food seemed better quality and fresher too! Staff was amazing, they helped us with any request with kindness."

"The staff were very nice. I didn't like the fact it was raining, with thunder and lightning and there was no cover to unload the truck. My husband was in a wheelchair and there was no way to keep him or his wheelchair dry. There was no coffee in the rooms. When I asked about an ice bucket, I was told they were by the ice machine. The rooms were nice but I definitely didn't like having to leave the room for my first cup of coffee."
