"The water was shut off, could not shower or use the restroom. No compensation was offered."

"Today was a nightmare, no water at all at the property had to drive to NJ without showering . The hotel was not bad but they need to buy odor eliminator and let housekeeping spray it all over the hallways and rooms before people check in. Musty odor, I have no clue but it was mix of cigarette odor as well"

"Roaches, poor pool condition. Booked for five people and only 4 pillows available. After asking if we can get one more, we we're told that we don't offer extra pillows. "

"Hadn’t stayed at a Comfort Inn & Suites before. Ran across this well rated location on a busy Easter Saturday when many locations were fully booked or only had king rooms remaining (we need 2 queens). Very pleased with this location! Everything from the bathroom to the carpet, foyer to hallways was very clean. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. Speaking of quiet, even though there were nearby guests we’d see in the halls plus many cars outside, did not hear a thing in the room, including that we don’t hear footsteps above us either. Would definitely recommend for a quick and comfortable stay."

"When I was checking out (4/2 at 6am), there was no one at the front desk. There should be an alternative way to leave the key pass. I made sure to call later in the morning to make sure I was checked out. "

"Booked 2 rooms on my way down to FL from VA and they were both dirty- the beds, the floors & the bathroom. We ended up having to book there again on the way back, hoping for a better outcome but the rooms were filthy again. Was also overcharged when booked at front desk vs. booking online. If it wasn’t for my 2 year old having a meltdown when we arrived to the area, I would not have booked that 2nd time but we needed somewhere quick and cheap coming back from Disney and we already knew where this one was located. Others around were more $ but will definitely be budgeting for a better stay next road trip. "

"There were a lot of people ambling around outside. Sitting and smoking/ drinking. Made me feel very unsafe. I was worried our bikes etc would be stolen. If I were Expedia I would not not recommend this place on list again. "
