"Delicious breakfast with unexpected selection and city view"

"Very nice continental breakfast."

"The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had drinks at the bar after dinners out and the bartender was very personable. The Palmetto is perfectly located near the City Market, Carriages and surrounded by five-star restaurants. Great place to stay."

"The property was a great location for walking to shopping and catching the free shuttle. Breakfast was good. The hotel was pricey for a standard room. Staff members were very friendly."

"Harborview Inn is an excellent property! We loved everything about our stay. From the delicious morning breakfast, to the wine and charcuterie, to the milk and cookies, everything was wonderful. We used the rooftop daily and it has a beautiful view. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Sam who made our visit very special. Thank you Harborview Inn for an amazing 46th anniversary spent with our daughter and son in law. We...

"Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all the restaurants and the French quarter. Lots of landmarks to see. Very close to the market"

"Loved this place!"

"Did not like the bath tub shower with shower curtain(very unclean). I Did not understand why we had so much room in the bathroom and no real shower. Also we did not appreciate having to pay an amenity fee with no real amenities."

"Design of hotel was beautiful"

The hotel room floor layout is a bit of a maze (U shaped setup with different stairs and elevators leading to different spots). The room was missing a soap dispenser by the bathroom faucet when I checked in and only had a “body balm” dispenser. I didn’t even realize it wasn’t the soap dispenser until I saw a $39.99 charge to my corporate card a week after I checked out. I called the front desk who stated it was...

"I would improve breakfast options."

"Our air conditioning was broken 1/2 nights we stayed here. Since they were all booked up we weren’t able to move rooms until the next day so had to have an over heated/ extremely humid room for half of our stay :( the staff was nice about it but I wish we could’ve received some of our money back given it took away from the luxurious feel."
