"Great location. Great onsite restaurant and cafe/snack store. Only one elevator was working and posed a real inconvenience. Lights were out on our floor (floor 3) in the hallway (which is outdoors). It was not only unsafe because you couldn’t see - it felt unsafe because a nook by the ice machine was pitch dark- and someone could easily hide there. Seems like replacing light bulbs would fall under basic maintenance…"

"BEWARE! WE GOT BED BUGS! Also, our room had a broken toilet and phone so we were moved. The second room had a broken bathroom fan that LOUDLY screeched to the point that we didn’t even shower or turn on the light, which was on the same switch. The room had broken window blind levers. There were no blackout curtains so the room was bright. The 8.2 rating is deceiving. Sure, the staff were nice, but just spend a little more money and stay somewhere better. Now I’m in the hell of trying not to have my home get infested with bed bugs. Zero stars for this place. "

"Property was quite new and nicely decorated. We had a lot of luggage and shopping bags and used their moving dolly. only negative was that there was no way to keep a very heavy room door open while going in and out. Not a big deal for most people,I suppose, bub we are octogenarians."

"Clean room and staff was courteous. The location was good and the hotel felt safe. I was on a mother/ daughter trip and it was an easy starting spot for visiting downtown."
