"-Rooms were clean. Though it had a funky smell.
-The staff was courteous and helpful.
-The pools were kept clean regularly. Not heated.
-Kid-friendly resort.
-Alcohol stops being served at 11:00 PM.
-Food poisoning from a poorly managed buffet. Needs attention ASAP."

"El hotel es precioso he ido en 4 diferentes ocasiones y la gente y el servicio son excelentes. Solo siento que las habitaciones ya estan empezando a verse un tanto viejas. El hotel debería de remodelar sus habitaciones pronto."

"Nice hotel property in Cancun with a wonderful staff. The hotel itself is old and showing a lot of signs of age. Amenities are crowded and even though the hotel claims to have a no reserving chairs policy, you will find people up at 5am placing towels on seats that dont show back to the seats until after lunch. If you want to enjoy the amenities you really have to be up at at some seats by 8am. Food options were great, very much a cruise ship on land with very cruise ship-esque meals. Enjoyed...

"When we checked in the lady at front desk didn’t tell us about nightly shows at the theatre, we missed 5 nights of it. Our teens were bored wish we knew sooner. The people who book experiences, the gentleman was amazing. He helped us book on Sunday in the afternoon. He needs a raise.
We didn’t like the bed. Very uncomfortable left us with back pains. Pillows were terrible. Towels and blankets are very worn out. No robes in the bathroom. The property needs a Reno.
