"The rooms are tidy up throughout the day until 4 and the staff is friendly. I do wish there were a few more that understood English but that’s just me being selfish. The pools are kept clean and beach sitting area was clean and stock of towels. Overall good experience. "

"My husband and I upgraded to Rock Royalty Ocean View. We stayed on the 3rd Floor which is Adults Only with our own Bar Area, 2 pools, and a snack bar that was great! We also had our Concierge Jesus and Mitzi. They were AMAZING! They always had a special romantic surprise for us and tried to accommodate any request regarding the room.
