"When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast.
