"Beautiful hotel...room perfectly laid out. Staff is truly amazing, very helpful from check in to bell staff...great recommendations for dinner, etc. Rooftop pool area is lovely as is the restaurant...food excellent. Perfect location to dining, shopping."

"Très très bien accueilli malgré que nous sommes arrivé avant 16hrs. Les employés nous ont accueilli en français. Très très propre. Le déjeuner était très bon et vaut vraiment la peine car les restaurants à Barcelone n’ouvre pas avant 8hrs le matin et il y en a peu d’ouvert.la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un petit frigo dans notre chambre et des débarbouillettes."

"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."

"When we checked in we were told to pay extra fees to upgrade to a room so that we could be eligible for breakfast. The next day when we went to breakfast, they didn't have our name on the list. We also had our dog with us, which I notified the hotel about several weeks before our arrival. The hotel did not tell us there was a no dog policy in the restaurant, and we were embarrassed by the staff when we went down for breakfast. "A really great stay at Hotel Condes de Barcelona. The location is hard to beat, right on Passeig de Gràcia, metro stop a block away, and within walking distance of most of the main sights, so getting around is effortless. The highlight was definitely the view from the room, especially overlooking the nearby landmarks, which made it feel much more special. Overall, a great choice!"
