"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

There are multiple dining within the resort and more just a short walk away at Bali Collection, where shopping can also be done. "The resort was amazing and I love the location. The staff were really good and respectful. The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia. I was using laundry and spa around the hotel which was very affordable"
