"Room was always kept spotless. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were always beautiful. I spent a lot of time at the pool which was always kept beautiful and loads of sun loungers. Putu and Andi were amazing and looked after all guests and catered promptly to everyones needs to make sure they were comfortable and happy. They are an asset to this Resort. Staff at the pool bar, Wharf restaurant and all other areas at the pool area all stand out for their 5 star service . Wharf food is delicious as is the coffee. This was my third stay here at the Bintang Bali Resort and there will certainly be a fourth as the staff in all areas of this Resort and all outlets within the resort are what keeps me coming back to it. "

Our room is spotlessly clean, the bed is really comfortable and we hate a really good view of the very pretty pool area. The staff in all areas are extremely friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast, that was included in our room rate, is excellent, with a good variety, excellent egg/pancake station, and the bread is too good."
