"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"The location was truly remarkable, offering only few mins walking distance to the haram. The cleanliness of the entire property was immediately noticeable and highly appreciated. A pleasant fragrance throughout the hallways certainly enhanced the overall experience. The attentive staff consistently provided outstanding service, ensuring our comfort. "Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered. "

"The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs."
