Cari Hotel di Wilayah Al Madinah

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "

"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern). "

"Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy"

"Beautiful and clean hotel. 2 min walk."

"The hotel was up to the expected standard, with a clean room equipped with all the essentials and helpful staff who were happy to assist with requests. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Masjid Nabawi, with plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast offered a good variety, including many Indian options. The only area for improvement was the air conditioning, which gave off a slight smoky smell and may need checking. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location."

"The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable. In the hot weather of Madinah, the A/C is very nice It is not really on the haram, but it is close enough"

"i have stayed in this hotel several times before.but the hotel is not well maintained and the condition is getting worse and worse.this hotel needs serious improvement"

"The king size bed was not comfortable"

"Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken."

"Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean"

"Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. The room key card was not working at all, which made the situation even more stressful. I asked twice for someone to help take my luggage downstairs, but nobody showed up. Later, the staff told me I had to leave the room. If nobody comes to help with the luggage despite being asked twice, how do they expect guests to leave the room and manage everything themselves? The staff was getting on my nerves...

"My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah."
