The hotel is rather rundown, the bed was comfortable but the room could have been cleaner. I did like the breakfast. Also there is a rooftop pool which offers excellent views of the surrounding area.

Not clean, food was not good, staff is not aware of bookings and asked us to checkout a day before actual checkout. Do not hire their driver, he is too expensive.

Location is rather far from the heart of Kuta - the surrounding area is rather drab. Hotel was simple and clean enough although the rooms had very thin walls so it could get quite noisy. In general, the hotel looks like it's seen better days. Staff were friendly otherwise.

The breakfast was amazing. A huge spread of food each morning with many different options. The breakfast staff was SO nice and helpful. They were immediately attentive and constantly refilling food. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, very responsive. The hotel is close to the airport in a great location for shopping or catching a taxi to the beach. The gym is the best gym I've experienced in a hotel ever before. The pools are gorgeous. And the room service is delicious and very well priced. We ate room service nearly every single night. It's also 24/7 room service so if you work late or just need a midnight snack, they're always available. Overall, a fantastic hotel, especially for the price. I've never had so many great amenities at such a great price before!

The property was in a good location easy to get to. Was unhappy with the service asked several times to get ac fixed in our room as it was leaking and safe was not in use. They were fixed after the fourth time asking.

A good poolside and a good rooftop breakfast but terrible location, nothing interesting nearby, traffic to head to nice things, and the air conditioning in the room almost doesn’t work - deal breaker for me! The room needs to be cool and comfortable and beautiful- that’s the real experience for a tourist! Bali is pretty hot in May so good air conditioning is important!

One of the maids or housekeeping staff broke the glass to the balcony while I was away to an island on Lombok and right when I’m checking out - late to my flight by the way they said I had to pay because it was guest liability. Because I was going miss my flight I paid it but will definitely complain to the hotel management.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. our room was not clean the whole time we were there. the faucet n shower n toilet were not clean everyday . only replaced the towels and made the beds.

Staff was very unprofessional, they just let sit there waiting and I have to asked if the room is ready also there were no staff offered to help with your luggage. AC inside the room was leaking and water dropping from the ceiling! It looks like the hotel has not been maintained properly and left the next morning ASAP!!!! Terrible!! DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

Nice hotel. Didn’t spend a lot of time in there due to sight seeing and exploring the island. Breakfast is lovely and lots to choose from. Rooms were clean on arrival, however safe didn’t work and staff never came to check after we asked. Fresh bottled water in room given every day which was lovely. Stayed at Christmas time so very busy which means the hotel being a slight further walk than the main hotels near Kuta Beach was more beneficial when needing a taxi to different places as less traffic! Spa massage was lovely. Pool area was clean and nice. Staff polite and friendly

The room was on ground floor and had a potent sewer smell, the AC was leaking and damaged some of my clothes. Room 1110. Once issue was reported nothing much was done. No room change. The safe was not reset and had to wait 1 hour for somebody to reset

The room I stayed was very noisy as it is close to the reception area and the hotel is too close to the road where traffic is very busy. The room is also very dark as the balcony is covered. The price is good and the gym is great. One has to trade off between these factors when considering this hotel.

booked and payed through expedia well in advance. got to the hotel and they had no booking for us as we not in the system. after waiting for 45 minutes, it took me getting quite upset with the service desk attendant that they gave us a room.

Comfortable hotel with a good gym for a hotel. Good roof top open air breakfast buffet. Air-conditioners in rooms leak water and create a puddle on the floor. Disappointingly the Wifi was very poor everywhere except the lobby. Room servicing was patchy - every day they'd forget something and it was impossible to get them to come back (One day I tried calling reception 4 times to get towels with no luck! ). Served as a good base for our first week in Bali but there is nothing in the local area so we needed to get a cab to sites and restaurants.

This hotel is a very big and modern facility. It's the polar opposite of the small little boutique hotels we stayed in in Bali. The hotel lobby, full of tourists checking in or checking out, reminded me of the bustle of casino hotels in Vegas, yet the staff was very friendly and attentive: which is a no small feat when you you consider how many guests they deal with every day. The two pools are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The laundry needed some attention as my partner's "fresh" bath towel had what looked like a food stain on it and there were makeup marks on our sheet (lipstick or blush...I couldn't tell for sure). Otherwise, the room was neat and tidy. Room service was prompt. The area immediately around the hotel is not particularly interesting, but a 30 minute stroll gets you to the beach. The airport shuttle which cost 150,000 rupiah or $11 US was easy to arrange and got us to the airport swiftly with a 30 minute drive time. Overall, this hotel was a very good value for the money and we were happy to have stayed there.

Terrible wifi
The wifi in this hotel was not good. I chose the hotel because i read it would be good for a business traveler, but it was not. The staff is friendly, but not helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but they let people smoke at the table. So if you like 2nd hand smoke, you will love it.

I stayed in Ramada for two days with Family. Excellent ambience and service by the hotel team. Added advantage is the Krishna super market which is having almost all range of product and most important is no need to Bargain:-). The hotel is also not too far from the Airport and in a way better that we don't get stuck in the usual traffic around the Kuta area.

Tika from reception arranged flowers & a birthday cake for my Daughter in Law for Christmas Day and arranged for them to be delivered to the restaurant for breakfast and the restaurant staff were fantastic. A most enjoyable day thanks to Tika.

I have stayed here 5 times in the past year and I can not talk highly enough of it. The rooms are always fantastic, and the facilities are brilliant. I love that it is a 10min uBer ride away from the beach and even offers a bus service that will take you to the Beachwalk Mall for 20k. It is so quiet, and peaceful that I prefer it to the craziness around Kuta, especially for the price!

It was a very nice hotel, extremely clean and well organised, unfortunately it changed its name to the ramada a few days before we arrived which was a bit of a hard experience with each different taxi driver trying to explain its name and where it was but besides that the food was amazing, the staff were excellent and the whole hotel was extremely clean

Half way between town and airport.
Firstly, it is the Ramada now so we drove past and then had to have our driver wait while we confirmed first before check in. We only needed overnight so stayed close to the airport rather than in another area. It is close enough to catch a taxi to other areas including Seminyak so that wasn't a problem. Nothing close by and a bit dark so not good for a short walk around the area. The reception staff struggled with English but we got through that. There isn't baggage service but we didn't really need it. We stayed in a junior suite. The beds were good, balcony a good size, couch not very comfortable, and kitchenette was useful. Unfortunately the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The toilet area smelled a bit which means the floor could do with a good mop. Breakfast was good.

You need to improve your room cleanliess, especially the towels were yellowish and looks dirty, too many ants... one concierd (middle aged) is very poor manner though being greeted and never return, no smile, I think he does not like his job...but the spa on top floor was very nice with good people!

This hotel was great! The rooms are fantastic, many food options (restaurants and room service - both reasonably priced), the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing, made it feel like a real retreat. The only issue we had was our air conditioning unit froze up and took a while to start working again (FYI it got quite humid during that time...). The room service was quick, cheap and the food was actually pretty good. There is an Italian restaurant in the lobby that serves stone-baked pizza, pasta, etc and was really delicious and also pretty cheap. The breakfast buffet was incredible - hot foods (eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, local dishes), cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, juice, etc. They also had a few good tv channels if you're needing some entertainment. The hotel was about an 8 min drive to Kuta center, the hotel runs free shuttle drop off and pick-up which is very convenient. Overall, a very good stay.

I have always stayed here...I visit Bali every 2 months. I will consider other hotels now. No 1 reason....a certain, particularly well spoken and very helpful marketing manager has....resigned. this man was my main reason for staying here. Get your act together....owner/CEO/Boss...or whatever you call yourself ...I would say....pathetic. my reason....I was given a good $rate for extending my stay. On my return .... a few days later...you advised check in staff to almost triple my $rate stay. Hhmm not good ya..and your occupancy % rate is ???? All kudos to staff working here. Zero points to owner/CEO/Boss

Large family room needed at short notice
As s result of the volcanic ash cloud and our existing hotel full we had to look at other hotels while our flight was delayed. Jumping onto the Expedia website we wanted a large clean family room with A decent pool, gym and Internet close to the airport. The hotel ticks all of these boxes. It is not a hotel you use for vacation.
