Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. The GM made his rounds and was extremely welcoming, fun, and energetic. There are so many options for luxurious accommodations in Macau, but this is a hidden gem. "A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
