Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptional service. The hotel is the definition of luxury. There was not a single thing that disappointed me. The hotel is part of the cotai strip and very close to the other hotels as well.

An architectural masterpiece need to be experienced to appreciate the engineering behind the construction! Service and rooms was excellent even compare to other 5 star luxury hotels in Macau!

Very well customer service felt very welcome as from Check in. One problem is the carparking. We couldnt find the lift up to the hotel and there are renovation happening in the carpark area but not enough signage.

Great stay

A very good hotel with excellent service and helpful staff. Great food found in the two restaurants in the hotel too. Very pity that not above to try the gym and swimming pool due to limited time.

Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way. Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels

房間非常清潔, 設計及房間使用貼心度亦十分好, 全自動系統, 藍牙播放音響都非常理想, 隔音一般, 格離小朋友的叫聲全聽到, 最大問題是我已經17:30CHECK IN, 但要再等1小時才可有房間, 我已經很累了, 所以先晚餐再CHECK IN,晚餐回來已經19:30, 員工協肋CHECK IN時說明酒店很多設施只到20:00, 只可以說非常無言, 如果是夏天的話, 即是你一整天都不可以到泳池享用設施, 這是美中不足的地方。

コタイエリアで1番オススメのホテル。 外観も内装もすべてが圧倒的にハイセンス。それでいて部屋のレイアウトは使いやすく、デザイン性と実用性どちらも満点。 またスタッフの皆さんのおもてなし精神にも感動。チェックイン時から気持ちのいい対応で滞在中ずっと素晴らしい接客でした。 レイトチェックアウト（11時→14時に）が出来たことでゆっくり滞在を楽しめました。次はスイートに宿泊してみたいと思います。 設備が最新なのでアナログな年配の層には少しハードルが高いかもしれません。（エレベーターの使い方、部屋の設備は全てタブレット等）滞在中エレベーターに悪戦苦闘している年配の方を何人か見かけました笑
