"Apartment was amazing. Views in every direction off of a massive deck. Beds bath and kitchen were all well appointed. We had to park a large 10 passenger van and they were able to easily direct us to a garage less than 1 km away that could accommodate a large vehicle. The staff was friendly and excellent. Lastly, you can drop your bags in lockers there and you can unload around the corner just off the Gran Via"

"Muy limpio y completo para parejas o familia, localizado cerca del centro de Madrid, donde puedes caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, plazas etc, pero no tiene elevador, si te hospedas en el piso 4 y tienes equipaje es un poco incómodo, si vas en coche tienen parking también "

"Property is in great location and is well maintained, great staff and good variety of food provided in breakfast. Staff really helped me with communication specifically after I checked out and I forgot my passports in safe and left for another city but team from front desk msged me right after and reminded me just in time.
Highly recommended. "

"The two young women at the reception desk were wonderful and so was their manager, another lady.
The two guys in the evening shift were always looking at their screens and never paid attention who was going or coming.
Good location, a big supermarket justtsround the corner and there are restaurants snd cafes nearby. Basically, you could easily walk just about anywhere in the center of Madrid. "
