A very clean and tidy apartment with great sunshine in core location of downtown Madrid. Step to restaurants, groceries, theaters, subway stations and parks. Also, the rooftop bar opened to all residents for sunset hours is comfortable and great-viewed.

Location is right in the middle of Madrid. Close to a Metro station so easy to get around. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room is clean for some reason we didn’t have any soap in the bathroom or body wash. Had to request and they took a while. Otherwise, everything was great smooth check-in check out and they hold our luggage.

Clean room, perfect location! Breakfast was a bit disappointing, the bathroom was quite small, and sometimes smelled like sewage. But overall was very conveniently located. Staff could have been friendlier. Good price for what you get especially with the perfect location. Rooftop pool was nice, gorgeous views of the city from the room floor and the rooftop. The patio was also a great add, very spacious and a great spot to hang out.

5 stars all round! A very comfortable, spacious apartment in the heart of the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, assisting me to book train tickets in a panic. I was towards the back of the hotel and it was very quiet for a bustling city. The facilities were top notch. If I'm so lucky to visit Madrid again, this hotel would be my #1 pick.

The overall stay was ok. The rooms are spacious but dated.The lifts occasionally just stopped working. The advertised rooftop pool was not open for the week we stayed, although given the weather it wasnt a problem. The staff all recommended the same place to eat and promptly gave you a card with there name on it. The location is very convenient for walking and has easy access to 3 metro stations

El apartamento es hermoso y muy moderno. Nos quedamos en uno de 1 habitación + sofa cama, perfecto para una familia de 3 - 4 personas, es sumamente amplio y moderno, con todas las amenidades necesarias para una estancia larga, aunque nos quedamos solo 1 noche previo a nuestro regreso saliendo de Madrid. El check in fue muy amable y eficiente. La ubicación es excelente en plena Gran Via, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, puntos de interés caminando, zona muy transitada y segura. Llegar del aeropuerto es muy fácil en metro y te gastas solo unos 7 euros por persona (del Aeropuerto, bajas en Nuevos ministerios y conectas con línea 10 bajando en Plaza España, quedas a unos 7 minutos caminando, cuesta arriba para considerar). Lo único que no me gustó fue una retención de 300 euros, por 1 noche, lo cual se me hace muchísimo dinero. Ni siquiera en un hotel de lujo te retienen tanto dinero (más que lo que vale la propia noche); si bien se reintegran, son retenciones incómodas por el tiempo que duran en liberarse (en mi caso coincidió con el corte de mi tarjeta), esto no se menciona a la hora de reservar, te avisan horas previas al check in, para que lo tomen en cuenta!! en General si lo recomiendo y me volvería a hospedar.
