"Ideal hotel for travel in / out of Shanghai Pudong airport. The hotel is inside the airport and it takes a 10 minutes walk to either terminal along the well airconditioned corridors, which are inside the airport structure. You can take a cart from the baggage claim to your room door and also there are carts in the hotel to load your luggage and walk to the checkin area. The soundproofing is excellent, I sleep very well despite being sensitive to noise. Clean, comfortable rooms, USA business...

"Not a great experience, not worth the value. Check in process was slow. Requested baby cot when booking but it didn't reflect on the system. Luckily house keeping manage to get one. Other staff in the hotel wasn't helpful too. They are trying to shun away from guess. The breakfast service was poor. Limited food choices and the waitress are not attentive. "
