"Plenty of space for two people with the split level. It has 3 air conditioning units hooray! such a welcome respite. The facilities were top notch and a Metro minutes away which we used to get to Shanghai Airport to Maglev Station. Also a convenience store , starbucks and Hey Tea in the vicinity. We had a washing machine and drier in our unit so amazing. "

"Newly renovated; elegant apartments with nice rooms and kitchen. A wow!!! Great bar “Opus” on the roof. Close to People’s Park and metro lines; easily walkable to Nanjing road and Bund. Only slight negative is breakfast is tepid coffee and pastry from the bakery next door, not a full breakfast. Staff are very friendly."

"it is walking distance to major subway line 2 which runs from hongqiao airport through city center to Pudong airport. you can basically take subway to go to all major spots in the city. plenty of dining options and western bars nearby. a ALDI grocery around the corner, starbucks coffee."

Check the size and expectation. Apartment is clean and nice. Lots of courier traffic within the lifts. Security guard does not speak english. Rental property management is located at 1601. Fluent in english and very helpful. Communicate easily thru WeChat app for any room request. "

"The location is great if you can find it not easy to find all the signage is in Chinese and very difficult to find. Fortunately I had a Chinese colleague with me who helped without him. I would’ve had a huge problem. Also if you arrive late then I don’t think it’s manned so you get a problem getting in. All the doors have Security code on and it’s very difficult even the taxi drivers don’t know where it is."
