In addition, it was very difficult to reach the front desk, as phone calls often went unanswered when assistance was needed. Good customer service is an important part of the guest experience, and unfortunately, I felt that the level of service provided did not meet expectations. "The location of this hotel was terrific for everything we needed. UP Express and subway minutes away. The rooms were small but we were only there to shower and sleep. Pamphlets on tourist attractions would have been helpful. I would stay here again when visiting Toronto."
