"We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....
"Entrance and first floor are very nice. Room was a little tight for 2 people, and we had 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Tv was mounted by the window which was odd. "
"The staff were outstanding. Very attentive, spoke English enough to get us through the process. Handled our every need. The room had a small common area where we could sit and recover in glorious air conditioning. It was September so very humid and warm for us outside. Beds were incredibly cozy. Zero noise outside. Couldn’t hear other guests at all. Two big screen HDTVs. Great shower pressure. "

We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."
