"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. if it rains, you can ask the front desk for an umbrella to borrow! I loved that they provided this! They also provide a few amenities like toothpaste, shower cap, etc, in case you forgot these. House keeping was amazing at cleaning rooms, really appreciate that they try to be environmentally conscious, and only do a deep full cleaning every 3 days! I loved how each floor has a common space for people to hang out in, each floor has a water filler...

"Room was very clean. Staff is very friendly. Free toiletries and water was such a big plus! And the donuts!! Omg! I can’t rave about Bespoke Hotel more! It was a great 5-day stay at a triple room. If there is a downside, the rooms are limited in space so if you have big luggages, it will be a challenge to maneuver. "

"First time ever being in Japan and Tokyo was my first stop, this hotel shocked me its a 10/10 i have no complains the staff are really welcoming and nice and the location is great its in the middle between Shinjuku and Shibuya. There's also a Ginza subway line 5 mins away. next time i come back to Tokyo i am 100% coming back."

"Everything and everyone was perfect. Clean room. Nice amenities available in lobby. Firm bed was a blessing after a long trip too. Excellent. Great location for staying in area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Not touristy but tourist friendly for sure. Recommend!"

"最近オープンしたらしく中は清潔でした。無人チェックインとなっているので夜遅くても問題なさそうです。タブレットでのチェックイン時に部屋への暗証番号が表示されるので、それを忘れずに記録します。周辺は24時過ぎでもやってる飲食店が多いですので食事の心配はあまりいらないです。ベットにフェイスタオルとバスタオルが一枚ずつあります。シャワーもありますが、近くに何軒か銭湯もあるのでそこに行くのもありです。銭湯は25:30閉店のところもあって結構遅くまでやってます。"

"Everything about Hotel Cen was great. More of a personal matter the area was a little weirder at night and didn’t realize it was the Korean area of Japan. So not my choice of dinning experiences around. But the staff and everyone was super friendly and helpful. "
