"If you are traveling with a big group, this location is perfect for it. Rooms have plenty of space and plenty of amenities for everyone. Location is a bit off from the local tourist spots, but a metro line is at walking distance if planning to go into the city. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and convenience stores near by. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby."

"We had a family two bunk bed room for our family of four (young adult/teens) and it was great. The beds were comfortable, considerate amenities, and although small, more than enough room for us. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The 11 floor lobby with the roof deck was awesome too with both free and purchased drinks. "Property was located in a great spot close to the train station and places to eat and shop. Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. Biggest issue is we had multiple things disappear from our room, that they could never find any of them and the $100 they did locate after we checked out they refused to return unless we came all the way back to Japan to claim it. "Clean room with service provided each day if desired. Great laundry facility, and extras provided by the hotel if you forget anything. Location was near train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as siteseeing locations. Staff were great and helpful!"
