Room was excellent, bed comfortable and the bathroom great. the hotel has 3 restaurants, we tried 2 of them and were great. the hotel has direct connection to the Tokyo train station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Exceptional hotel. Location is perfect, connected underground to Tokyo Station, so very easy to get to everything even in other parts of the city. The room was lovely, staff helpful, only good things to say about this place.

Great location right across the street from the Tokyo Station, making it easy to travel about. Many restaurants in and around the hotel, The French restaurant in the hotel was spectacular. The breakfast was the best ever both in variety and taste, The rooms were perfect and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and accommodating, We will return to stay again,

The hotel's proximity to Tokyo Station made moving around Tokyo extremely smooth. If you wanted to avoid heat or rain, you could use the underground passage from the hotel to Tokyo Station. Hotel staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. If we were to travel to Tokyo again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Marunouchi Hotel.
