Everything was perfect! Definitely will stay here again. Next to a train station and many amazing restaurants. It’s not a far taxi ride to Shibuya, Harajuku and Shinjuku.

Friendly staff, very easy to reach due to close JR station, restaurants nearby. Our room faced the canal so I cannot say how loud it is when you face the train tracks. However, the canal side was not too loud. Room was rather small but not too small. Overall I can recommend the hotel.

While the room was on the smaller side, the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom and toilet area were spacious. We are a family of 4, and my kids loved the double bunk bed style. The hotel is just in front of the JR line train, so it was easy to get anywhere. The area around the hotel has lots of little restaurants so eating is not an issue.

Great hotel

The hotel was wonderful.You can communicate with staff by english and I think it is really important one. Also they are very kind to their customer. The hotel is very close to suidobashi station and you can reach to akihabara or shinjuku in 20minutes. Room was not that large but it was enough for two people. I really love to visit this hotel again.

Everything was good except I was expecting a cleaner room. The floor look like it had stains in it and the wall was dirtier compared to other places I’ve stayed in in Tokyo. Ambiance was top tier when you walk in. It was amazing but it was kind of a let down how the room was just a little dirty that’s all.

Amazing and friendly service. There's a nice little restaurant on the first floor and the food was phenomenal. The room was very clean, and we could control the temperature very easily. It's right next to the Suidobashi station and across the bridge from Tokyo Dome. It's two stations up from Akihabara, so if you're keen on anime and tech culture it's the perfect distance away.

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, which was a relief after walking 20,000 steps in a day. I had a great night's sleep. The quality of the pajamas provided was also excellent. Although the room was small, the space was utilized very efficiently. The separation of the toilet and bathroom into two separate rooms was particularly convenient, allowing both children and adults to use the facilities without any inconvenience

What I enjoyed the most was that it was right across the station so super easy access. With the Tokyo Dome nearby, there’s a lot to do and see in the area alone. Also liked how there’s so many local restaurants as well as a mix of a number of different restaurants that are foreigner friendly with a western food focus.

スタッフは子どもにも優しく丁寧に対応してくれました。館内どこも清潔で、オリジナルのナイトウェアは気持ちよかった。1Fにあるレストラン内で使用出来る1ドリンクフリーのサービスがありました。外観はオシャレで駅の目の前で東京ドームもすぐ側でとても便利でした。チェックイン、チェックアウト時間が特殊ですが、ホテルステイを楽しめると思います。

Excellent hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodated all of the requests that we had. Hotel room was clean and there is a laundromat on site. There is also a restaurant and bar downstairs. They had a DJ on most nights we stayed and offered one free drink for guests on weekdays. Location is right next to the Suidobashi subway stop and within walking distance of the Tokyo Dome. I highly recommend staying here.

とにかく最高です。室内はシックに統一されていてさらにオレンジが差し色に使われてるところはジャイアンツファンにはたまらなく居心地が良かったです。フロントの方々も笑顔でとても良かったです。荷物も朝から預かっていただき、さらに出発日の夕方まで預かってくれてとても助かりました。駅の目の前なので東京ドームに行く人はぜひ！
