"The staff was friendly and helpful "

"Hotel room was large and quiet. Room service for coffee was quick, staff was helpful, location was convenient. My two negatives were that the parking spaces are very very tight and small for medium to large size vehicles. The elevators were limited (only 2 out of 3 were working), slow and overcrowded during my visit, so I used the stairs to exit numerous times. The stairs don’t exit into the hotel though, only to the outside, which was odd. I would certainly stay again in hopes the elevator situation was worked out and would have a small car or no car at all."

"Easy and fast check-in. King bedroom is spacious and clean. We choose Westin when we visit LA."

"Clean and modern with friendly staff. I recommend the poke bowl in the restaurant if you’d like it somewhat spicy.. The valet parking fee raised my eyes."

"The room was great sized for 3 people. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was provided with waters at the desk. Great sized refrigerator in the room. Big balcony but didnt have chairs. Great view. Didn't offer a shuttle and breakfast wasn't include. Big pool and multiple ponds and waterfalls."

"It’s a Motel not a Hotel . We had to put a chair against the door. Didn’t feel safe."

"This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked it on Expedia and the pictures looked gorgeous. I got to the hotel and although check in was easy, that was the only good thing about the entire stay. The rooms don’t look like the pictures at all, it’s clear they used professional pictures to compensate for how old the rooms are. My room which was a nonsmoking room stunk of cigarettes. Not only that but the corner above the curtains had water damage and black mold along with a spider family. The room was filthy, there was no blanket, and the fridge was open so I couldn’t even put my food in it because it wasn’t cold. I called and asked for another room and thankfully was able to get one. I had to walk to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get another gross room- fridge open, shower head absolutely gross, no blanket on the bed, no trash bags in the trash, hair in the sink, and hair and stains on all the towels, and although no cigarette smell, a musty smell. But the absolute worst part was this box on the top of the wall that emits a very powerful blue light. So bright that you turn the lights off and can still see everything in the room as if the lights were still on. I literally could not sleep. I felt so gross the entire time I was here- gave motel6 vibes. I was also relaxing in my room and someone shoved a menu through my door and scared the sh** out of me. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m constantly traveling."
