"We had a terrible and horrible experience. We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior. The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply.. sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"Locked out of room twice. Card didn’t work so we had to go back down stairs and get it re activated both times made it very inconvenient. Didn’t have a trash can in the room or have enough towels in the room. Early morning tenant was very rude. "

"The photos are misleading and outdated as we're the rooms and facilities. We also killed a roach in our room! I feel duped"

"It was perfect for me who was solo travelling nice breakfast rooms was comfy and the staff was sooo friendly I will be returning too, also location was good to get around by foot or uber….only downfall is I wish the gym had more equipment. But everything else was great for me."

"Rooms are clean but showing their age. Worth a stay if you can get a good deal, but not worth full price."
