"Your place is nice! The issue is the safety inside the bathroom, I slipped inside the bathtub and I almost hit my Head on the other side of the Shower knob. The shower is inside the huge bathtub with no anti slip mat on it. Thanks goodness I was quick enough to avoid my Head being hit on the sides of the tub and or shower knob. Please fo something before others especially elderly will have a fall because they slipped on the bathtub."

"Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. "The staff member who checked us in yesterday did not provide a good experience. She was very unfriendly, not welcoming, and her attitude came across as unprofessional. She assigned us room 202, which was quite far from the elevator, despite seeing that we were parked in a disabled parking spot and that we may have needed easier access. "Make sure when you book a room through a third party you ask about having your own restroom. I booked one with a community shared restroom and shower. Not what I expected but other than that room was just fine"

"Happen to be out of my room during check out time, cleaning service decided to choose which my belongings to throw away and mention the room smelled like it had been smoked in, when there was no smoking of any kind. So they also kept the deposit. All of this happening and I dont revieve a phone call?
