This was an awesome location - steps from the Trevi Fountain and a short walk from most of the other major attractions (colosseum, St. Peter’s Square, the Spanish steps, etc.) Everything is walkable! There are lots of places to eat nearby for a delicious croissant and coffee, gelato or pizza, pasta & wine. The room was a nice size given the location. The staff was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend/"

"The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. "Everything is excellent . Nothing to complain. Room is big and clean. Quiet place and only walking distance to the mall, restaurant and other sight seeing. The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. We check in late and no receptionist in the front desk. But easy to check in. From the transportation pick up and drop off. He will do it for you. The house keeper Jojo very helpful and...

"It’s an old building. The property is on the second floor and the private elevator doesn’t stop at the 2nd floor. So, you would need to either go to 3rd floor and carry your luggages down 1 floor, or carry them up 2 floors. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Rome. "
