"Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!"

"The location is near the state line. This central to the mountain biking and hiking that I do in the Tahoe basin. It’s within easy walking distance of shopping and the necessities like Starbucks."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"We stayed at Jeffrey Hotel for two nights. Before our stay, I read that it was a modern, contactless hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was not as smooth as expected. The contactless check-in process did not work for us because we never received the text message with check-in instructions. It seems they did not have my phone number on file, and I did not receive an email either. When we arrived, we were confused because the office was locked and there was no staff available. There seemed to be a minimal amount of towels available. The staff was very responsive, always via text which I thought was wonderful, and also very kind in their responses.
