"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"This was a great stay! I was visiting family, and staying alone. I felt the location was easy to navigate, safe, and comfortable. It was relaxing to come here at the end of a long sight seeing day. The facilities were really good, the room comfortable, the staff helpful, and all was clean. The service at the restaurant was good, and it was nice to have an option for room service.
