There were only a couple things we needed to get used to was the fact that being in the wilderness meant the area had a lot of bugs - inside and out. There were also no fans (except ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms) to use since there was no AC, but with the windows open, it was a bit cooler. "Mule Meadows was a fantastic place to stay! Very clean, outstanding views, great amenities, and just an overall great place to stay. The neighborhood is nice and close enough to the main road for quick trips into the city while being far enough for a quiet, calm time outside."

While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and...
