"We loved our spacious room upgrade. The staff everywhere were exceptional and authentic. They are what made our stay at Santos great. The food was very good. The nightly selections (recipe-wise) could have been more diverse flavor-wise. The “beef” option was pot roast. Same gravy. It was excellent pot roast just like my mom would make. But I was hoping for a steak. I was offered a New York steak which I ordered cooked how I prefer and out came the same pot roast. The Mahi Mahi, pork and chicken...

"All staff are very nice，everything was great.it’s just that there’s room door has a problem, every time we can not open the room door, when we change the room key, sometimes can open, sometime can’t open, so we need to change the key again and again."

"My family with 11 yrs old daughter enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staffs were all friendly and courteous. Facilities were all nice and clean. A little outdated but very well maintained. Food were excellent at the breakfast and lunch by the pool. Joya and Hibachi restaurants were great. The rest of the restaurant were meeting all inclusive restaurant standards. Lastly, Jose at the pool side server made our stay more memorable with his service."

"The room was beautiful. Food was decent. The only issue was that there was music blaring from 8 am to 10 PM constantly. You could hear it loudly inside the room. There was no sound proofing. It was loud enough to give you a headache. The beach front is very small so not a great walk. Overall it was a party vibe which is great for those who like it."
