"Takh308 was an amazing stay. The host was ver communicative at every step of the way. The condo is beautiful and in a very new and modern building. Location is great. Super close to the bus and there is a oxxo store and a pharmacy right downstairs. I would stay again on my next trip to Cancun for sure. "

"Had a fabulous 3-night stay in an ocean view condo. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the view was spectacular. We loved the pool and beach area and had a great dinner at the beach club next door, most spectacular sunset! Only drawback was that the pool is 4 feet everywhere so my kids couldn’t stand in the pool. But would return in a heartbeat!"

"Very nice place. Everything has this nice island vibe. Got served fresh fruit, juice and yogurts every morning. There is parking for your golf cart or scooter. The main city area is a 15 minute walk. I have done this a few times to get my steps in. However I usually just use our rented scooter. "

"We loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured except the outside could use a coat of paint and there is no hammock which made me sad. Nice welcome basket, door code perfect. Like any beach rental, thongs wear fast, but neat and clean. Beds ok, shower great. View SPECTACULAR. Unfortunately, on a big road and loud!! Settles down before late, but daytime and early evening loud. Great staff at Amigo- super friendly. Cute neighborhood with some great food within walking distance....

"This was my second time at this property. My reasoning for returning was the food quality and service. Both let me down. Service wasn’t bad if you go there just to eat at the restaurants. For me the service was bad by the pool where I upgraded daily and paid a premium for a cabana with service. The waiter was not attentive at all. When you upgrade it’s also a purchase of a bottle. "Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check in was very easy. Nice location, directly on the beach. Recommend a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Two small caveats. First, bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower. The soap and shampoo provided didn't offer much lather and was difficult to pump due to the bracket that held them. Second, be cautious about additional charges for featured products. We ate at the Italian restaurant and received an extensive wine list....

"We stayed here during our family reunion of 20 people. Overall, the resort was good and there was a lot to do for the kids. I expected the service to be a little better but it was mediocre. I did have to call room service to have our room re-cleaned when we arrived as there were a few dead bugs and a lot of dust hanging around. I found the lobby to be well maintained but maybe the actual rooms are just a bit outdated. "
