"From the start, the transportation was perfectly on time and they accommodated an earlier departure time for us. We arrived to welcome pool towels and a welcome drink every day. The housekeeping was impeccable and the pool fire staff especially Jerry was perfection! Every bar and restaurant was amazing food you have to do the steakhouse and the hibachi experience. They have live music daily and nightly which made not leaving the property so worth it I will be back soon!"

"This is an honest review❗️Please consider it since I am not much opinionated on these sites. I was given room 2809, the entrance is located on the first floor outside entrance. ALL the rooms in that section are infested with Mosquitos. Like Dinosaur era Mosquitos. Bathroom, Balcony, Bedroom everywhere you'd go, mosquitos. It took me several times to located the general manager till they finally addressed the issue. Offering to "spray" the room. Which didn't work. They moved me 4 rooms down the...

"The pool area and the pool bar are great with a good selection of drinks. The restaurant is pretty good too. Moderate to high prices, but the taste and quality of the food is above average. Rooms have been remodeled but not improved. If you are facing the lagoon, you will on the highway side, which is super loud at night time. Expend extra to face the sea and get minimal noise during night time hours. "
