"There was an amazing staff presence and hospitality from everyone. All members of my family enjoyed the food options at this resort especially the Buffet, Spice restaurant, and Castaways. There was nightly entertainment which was always fun to watch, we do you recommend going 30 minutes earlier just to have a good spot to watch. The entertainment team did an amazing job hosting the pool party and games. Overall it was a good family trip location. "

"Even though in during checkout, there was a powder shortage, causing the whole building to be very hot and moist , but it was fixed the same day. I like how you have access to all three of the hotels and you’re able to get transportation. You practically have to stay a week in a little bit more to explore the whole entire hotels which I liked. I wish I could’ve seen more."

"Food was amazing. I will admit breakfast was my least favorite but the Dolma restaurant was to die for. Room was clean, staff addressed anything I had trouble with quickly and even gave me a bottle of champagne. Could have had a bit more activities but it was still fun and entertaining. The downtown area is literally right outside of the hotel and I felt safe the entire time. Loved it. "

"Google review for Ocean We chose this property after staying at Ocean El Faro in DR which I loved! Our room was a great size, clean, bright and airy! We were in the Privelege building which is closest to the main square, most restaurants and lobby/ bar. Food- Specialty Restaurants such as Tepenyaki, Italian, Mexican, and Romantic dinner were all really good. Food was fresh, offered nice variety and delicious. The Buffet was always good whether it was for breakfast lunch or dinner. We liked that the buffet offered different cuisines for dinner each nite such as Brazilian and Italian. The pizza bar that made fresh assorted pies from 12-5pm was one of my favorites for a mid day bite. Pools- 2 pools, one quiet which was the larger one the other was the activity pool with the swim up bar which is where we spent more of our time. Foam party,nite foam party which was so much fun and different! Never change that. Evening Entertainment, was hosted at the main square which was perfect for after dinner and offered a variety of shows. Beach- the beach was nice with calm warm waters and limited sargassum. The hammocks were so relaxing and shaded and we took the best nap there. Drinks- all drinks/ cocktails were made with quality liquors and mixers and there were plenty of options to choose from. Only true Con I’d say is there are many mosquitos so please come prepared with plenty of bug spray because you will get bit up especially at night!"

"Check-in took an hour, only three people working up front. But the facility was amazing. Food and buffets were ok. Regarding The service everyone was nice and welcoming. The beach had some seaweed but the last day was clean. They are doing their best to keep the resort clean and safe. Already planning for my next visit. I do recommend to family and friends."

"This is our second stay at this resort and we will be back again! There isn’t much of a beach/ocean experience on property in the summer, but it doesn’t bother us any. The buffet is really good. We actually prefer to eat there for most meals. My only wish is that the Mexican section would be bigger! I think the resort might be surprised at how happy guests would be with a more authentic, expansive area in the buffet for street tacos and basic Mexican cuisine. The 8:30am line for the Japanese Steakhouse is a bit obnoxious, but there are so many other options we chose to forego it. The morning reservation process through the app is very easy! We have stayed at other resorts that fill up for reservations in the first 5 minutes, but this was never a problem. Joes coffee is a gem! Samantha is the best. She remembered my coffee order every day and was so sweet. Do NOT pass up the chewy chocolate cookies in here. Miguel at the Daisy pool bar is a hard worker! He kept our drinks full and good times flowing. We spent each day at this pool as it was convenient for our kid to play at the water park too. Kids club was a little more aimed towards younger kids. The staff was really sweet and welcoming but our 9 year old boy got a little bored. The family lounge next door was a huge hit! We made friends with some other families and the kids all loved hanging out there. The bowling situation is a bit confusing, but shows are fantastic! We love it here! "
