"It was a very cool experience! I loved my room. Felt very honored to stay and become integrated in the history. The only downside for me was the location since it was hard to find peace and quiet at times. But the property itself was absolutely worth it!"

"The first room we stayed in was a bit small. We went to Porto and when we returned they upgraded our room to a bigger room so that was great. All the staff members were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location. Very central for touring. Hosts were great. Easy check in and check out. Apartment was HUGE and perfect for families. Well equipped (we cooked some breakfasts and dinners there). Air conditioning worked great. Would stay there again for sure. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
