"The location is great and the apartment was clean, has a microwave and kettle and small hob for cooking. Check in process was easy, we met with a host and they gave us the key. She and the cleaning lady were both super friendly. However if you have a baby it is tricky, as there is no lift and the apartments are all after a flight of stairs. "What a wonderful stay! The only down side was not staying longer. We have a family of 5, three children under 13. You and The Sea has amenities for everyone - pools, playground, skate park, direct access to beach across the street, hen house and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. "VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."
